"Bodypainting is what I love doing.  The way that a piece comes alive once I've finished painting and literally steps out of the frame.  The model and subject come together for a few brief moments of performance before being washed clean, ready for a fresh start.  Ephemeral, fleeting images captured by the camera after hours of painting and sometimes days or even weeks of research & design."              Raphaelle
